FreedomParks primary service allows customers to drive their own vehicle directly to their departure terminal and gate, step out of their car, and walk to the airplane from the curb. When they return the process is reversed, and the customer simply walks from the plane to the curb, where they find their car waiting to be driven home.This convenience is made possible by the curbside valet parking service engineered and executed by FreedomPark. Using our proprietary reservation and dispatch software, FreedomPark assigns a valet to be waiting for the customer at the proper gate upon departure to capture the customer vehicle and return it to our lot. Upon the customers return back home, our systems insure that we will have a valet transport the vehicle back to the airport where it will be awaiting the customer at their arrival gate when they step off the airplane and exit the terminal

III. The History of FreedomPark
FreedomPark was established in March 2001 to provide a unique and unparalleled option for airport ground transportation at DFW Airport, with a vision for replicating the service at other airports around the country. FreedomPark is the only valet service in the nation that offers true airport curbside departure and arrival service by reservation. As a consequence of our uniqueness, FreedomPark is pioneering the development of systems and procedures for curbside valet service. This manual should be viewed as a dynamic document that will be changed, revised and expanded as we continue to refine our operations.
IV. Organizational Structure
The organizational structure of FreedomPark reflects the start-up nature of the company. Our organization is relatively fluid by design to allow for rapid response to changes as we grow the company during this initial phase. As the company continues to grow the organizational structure will become more defined in order to insure the efficient delivery of our services to our customers.
Currently the company has a single Executive Manager, that being the President. Reporting to the Executive Manager are the Director of Operations and the Director of Administration. Reporting to the Director of Operations are the Assistant Operations Manager, the Safety and Risk Management Coordinator, and the Valet Manager. Reporting to the Director of Administration is the Physical Resources Manager.
V. Management Philosophy
The management philosophy at FreedomPark has as its fundamental component the mutual respect of all individuals within the organization, regardless of organizational rank. Every individual deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect, and the worth of their contribution to the goals of the company should be recognized by superiors, subordinates and peers within the company.
Given this foundation of mutual respect, the management philosophy of FreedomPark is to balance the requirements of customers, employees and shareholders such that the expectations of each group are met to the maximum extent possible given the economics of our industry.
VI. Goals
The goal of FreedomPark is that curbside valet parking become the preferred method of airport ground transportation at D/FW Airport for corporate and frequent leisure travelers by delivering notably enthusiastic service, unparalleled reliability, and unexpected added conveniences through the mechanism of curbside valet parking. By doing so we hope to exceed the service expectations of our customers, the employment expectations of our FreedomPark team, and the earnings expectations of our shareholders.
