506 Meal Periods
Depending on business requirements, valet attendants working shifts of 7 hours or longer may be given 30 minute meal break, off the clock, at the discretion of the dispatcher. Work volume on some days may not permit a meal break. Other days a break may be specified by the dispatcher. Valet attendants working less than a 7 hour shift have the option of declining the specified meal break. The dispatcher will log the break in the computer.
